Why Choose Oxford
Clayton Oxford opened on January 11, 1988 in Oxford, North Carolina, at the time known as Oxford Homes. Over its 30-year history, Clayton Oxford has prioritized community investment. This includes supporting disaster relief efforts, raising funds for local orphanages and forming partnerships with organizations like Rebuilding Hope Inc and KidsCan! at the Duke Cancer Institute.

What We Build
Our homes are constructed using the Clayton Built® standard in a continuously improving process that saves our team and customers time and resources. We build in climate-controlled facilities, reducing risks of weather damage, weather delays, and theft of tools and materials.
We use eBuilt® standards to ensure the overall energy efficiency to meet and exceed all local and federal regulations, codes, and guidelines.
Our homes are delivered and assembled on-site by a construction crew that knows the product. Our team will be in contact with customers the entire time to not only deliver a great product but also top-notch service.
