Our Team

Dan has been in the industry for over 35 years. Dan joined the team at Clayton Oxford in 2017. He enjoys helping improve the lives of our diverse and talented team and is proud that Clayton Oxford produces homes for over a thousand families a year.

Will has been in the industry since 2012. He started his career at Clayton Giles and spent a year in Indiana at our Clayton Wakarusa facility before returning to East Tennessee at Clayton Giles. He joined Clayton Oxford in June 2023. He loves spending time on the lake with his family. He and his wife, Ana, love to watch their son, Knox play travel baseball and their daughter Willow do gymnastics. Will’s an avid Alabama fan, enjoys golf and watching sports.

Ryan has been with Clayton Homes of Oxford since 2019. He spent most of his professional career in the Beverage business, with a small stint coaching college football in Ohio. He is originally from Durham, NC but now resides in Youngsville, NC with his wife, Steph and 2 children, Raegan and Rensley. In his free time, Ryan enjoys hanging out on Kerr Lake, watching sports, and playing golf. Ryan currently supports North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

Robert has been with Clayton Homes for seven months in the Sales Manager in Training program where he has spent time on the production floor, materials, and sales. Outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors playing golf with friends and family.

Tamara joined Clayton Homes Oxford in 2022. She is the CSM for Parks and Communities.

Amy is our Sales Coordinator/Dispatcher. She has been with Clayton Homes Oxford since 1993 and has had her hands in a lit bit of everything. She’s a great asset to the Sales Team!

Sandy joined our team in 2017, starting her career in production before transitioning into her current role as Shipping Coordinator. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, Sandy has become an invaluable asset to our shipping operations. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending quality time with her son and family.

Lynn joined Clayton Homes Oxford in January 2013 as the Customer Care Manager. Lynn worked 21 years at the former Clayton Homes Henderson plant as the Area Service Manager.

Brenda started with Clayton Homes Oxford in April 1996 in the Customer Service Department. She has worn many hats in the department, but her main role is Parts.

Kylee is our Customer Care Assistant Manager specializing in Factory Service and Logistics. She has spent over 15 years in Customer Service. Kylee came to Clayton Homes in January of 2023 from 6+ years in the Home Inspection Industry. She still considers herself a Tennessean, but since moving to North Carolina in 2019 she has enjoyed everything the state offers outdoors and spends much time in the Outer Banks with family.

Regina began her career with the company in 2006 and has gained extensive experience across multiple departments. She started in Final Finish, where she later became Team Lead and later over Trim. She also contributed to the QA team and served as Gatekeeper, ensuring high standards were maintained throughout production. In 2022, Regina transitioned to the office as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Administrator. She currently supports the Service Department, continuing to bring her knowledge, reliability and dedication to every role she takes on. Outside of work, Regina enjoys spending time with her husband Jose, their 4 children and 17 grandchildren.
